Edmunds
Universal Internal/External (ID/OD) Comparators are designed and
manufactured to the highest standards, and are in use at respected
calibration labs around the world. They are primarily used to
calibrate class X, XX and XXX master rings, and are also ideal for
checking master plugs, discs and high precision parts. The Universal
Comparator offers a wide capacity internal measurement range of .040
inches (1 mm) to 12 inches (305 mm), and external measurements up to
11 inches (280 mm). They perform with outstanding repeatability and
accuracy within .000001 inch. Edmunds also offers a complete
calibration kit, including three class XXX ring gages, certification
traceable to N.I.S.T and ISO compliance procedures.
